A domain name expires when registrants fail to renew their registration. Expired domain names are usually deleted on the 31st day after its expiry date. When a domain under .com, .net, .info, or .org is deleted, it is kept for 30 days by its respective registry, after which it will be available to other registrants. This 30-day period is called the Redemption Grace Period. You can still recover your domain within this period.
